Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
* Build annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans covering brand campaigns, activations, digital, CRM, and partnership initiatives.
* Oversee end-to-end campaign management: ideation, content direction, execution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
* Drive digital marketing activities including social media strategy, paid ads, content marketing, and CRM/email marketing.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business needs.
* Manage and evaluate external partners to maximize brand exposure and campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight reviews to inform strategic planning.
* Manage the marketing budget and reports, including allocation, cost control, and ROI evaluation for each initiative.
* Develop standardized tools such as brand guidelines, campaign playbooks, content frameworks, and reporting templates.
* Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
* Coach and develop junior marketing team members to enhance their capabilities and align performance with business expectations.
* Support new store openings, new product launches, and offline/online brand activation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Min. 5 years of experience in F&B marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or project lead role (preferably within Retail, F&B, or Lifestyle industries).
* Strong capability in campaign strategy, brand communication, digital marketing, and content direction.
* Proven ability to build measurable, data-driven marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
* Experience managing agencies, KOL partners, media partners, and marketing vendors.
* Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey, and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, CRM tools).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting and insight-based recommendations.
* Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
* Creative, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Experience in brand activation, community engagement, or 360° marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
* Excellent communication skills, high attention to details, and strong awareness of current retail and F&B trends.
