About the job
We are looking for a
Marketing Lead
to drive the growth of our
Attractions & Experiences
business line. This role will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution—from go-to-market planning to full-funnel campaign delivery—to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and bookings across priority destinations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key destinations and product lines.
- Drive customer acquisition across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Optimise funnels, CRM, messaging, and SEO/AIO content to increase conversions and organic discovery.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage creator-driven initiative and build affiliate/micro-partner networks.
- Monitor traveller behaviour, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy and campaign themes.
- Track and analyse performance metrics and manage marketing budgets, pacing, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience—ideally in travel, lifestyle, tourism, or fast-paced tech/startup environments.
- Proven track record in demand generation across multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ROI-driven decision making.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.
