A leading multi-national consultancy with a proud history across the Asia–Pacific region is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead its Indonesia operations.

The Opportunity

The Managing Director will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Indonesia business. This is a pivotal leadership role within the regional structure — offering the scope to influence market positioning, client engagement, and long-term development in one of Asia's most dynamic economies.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of the Indonesia business.


• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.


• Build and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors.


• Oversee project delivery, technical excellence, and commercial outcomes.


• Represent Indonesia on the regional leadership team and contribute to cross-border collaboration.


• Champion a culture of integrity, innovation, and employee engagement.

About You

  • Significant leadership experience within an engineering, design, or consulting organisation.
  • Proven record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • A Strong understanding of Indonesia's infrastructure and development landscape is prefrable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Commercially astute, with exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree-qualified in engineering, business, or a related discipline; postgraduate credentials advantageous.
  • It would be beneficial if you speak Bahasa Indonesian
