As we continue to expand and elevate our brand, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Growth to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our business.
As the Head of Marketing and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that will elevate Luxehouze's brand presence and drive revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a results-driven marketing strategy that aligns with Luxehouze's business goals. This includes overseeing digital marketing, branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Maintain and enhance the Luxehouze brand image, ensuring it reflects our commitment to luxury and authenticity.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Supervise a substantial team comprising experts in brand, digital, social media, creative design, and strategic partnerships.
Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
Establish clear objectives and key results (OKRs), monitor team progress, and provide regular reports on our collective goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a prestigious university in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA being an advantageous asset.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Exhibit strong leadership acumen, showcasing your ability to set and prioritize goals.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage brands across multiple markets.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strategic thinking capability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
- A genuine passion for luxury goods and a keen understanding of the luxury market.
- Track record of successful marketing campaigns both offline and online.
Familiarity with marketing tools and strong analytical capabilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
