Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

Requirement

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience as Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager or similar role in renowned B2C focus companies, background from fashion retail or FMCG industry will be highly preferred.
  • Strong track record in developing branding & marketing, experience of revamping the brand from scratch will be a huge plus.
  • Strong sense and knowledge of fashion retail players and the industry.
  • Proficient in English.
