We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary team, driving initiatives that enhance market presence, generate quality leads, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication across channels to build strong market presence.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns, nurturing prospects through effective marketing funnels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and performance excellence.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable marketing results in a complex sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of brand building, digital marketing, and demand generation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in working closely with sales and product teams to drive go-to-market success.
