Client Industry: Commercial Trading/Manufacturing

The Head of Marketing will drive the company's growth by shaping product, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies. Working closely with the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and drive sustainable growth in the ceramic tableware sector.
  2. Identify market opportunities, analyze sales trends, set realistic KPIs, and build a strong sales pipeline while managing prospect conversion strategies.
  3. Strengthen and maintain relationships with distributors and key partners, ensuring smooth sales operations across all channels.
  4. Lead brand and marketing initiatives by analyzing customer insights, monitoring competitors, and managing digital, offline, and social media campaigns.
  5. Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital tools to boost sales leads and marketing effectiveness.
  6. Oversee sales and marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
  8. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and capability building.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing (e.g. Brand Marketing/Manager), including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record in executing B2B and B2C sales strategies, including marketing initiatives targeting young audiences such as Gen Z.
  4. Skilled in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and offline branding.
  5. Strong experience in digital marketing and brand development.
  6. Deep understanding of customer behavior and customer-experience strategies.
  7. Proficient with data analytics tools, CRM systems, and performance monitoring.
