About the Role

We're expanding aggressively across Asia, and Indonesia is one of our priority markets. As the
Head of Growth – Indonesia
, you will help AppStorys build its presence, reach out to local app companies, and drive new business.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is sharp, confident, excellent in communication, and wants to grow fast in a global SaaS company.

You'll work directly with the founders, build your own pipeline using LinkedIn, and become the face of AppStorys in Indonesia.

What You'll Do

Sales and New Business:

  • Use LinkedIn to identify Indonesian apps and reach out to decision makers
  • Own the complete sales cycle: outreach → demo → follow-ups → close
  • Run demos for our in-app growth tools (Stories, Banners, PiP videos, etc.)
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets and bring new logos from Indonesia

Market Building:

  • Identify top app categories in Indonesia (fintech, commerce, gaming, etc.)
  • Localize messaging for Indonesian buyers
  • Build relationships with key agencies, product teams & growth leaders
  • Share market insights with the global team

Process & Foundation

  • Document market learnings
  • Use your local phone number and LinkedIn account and email to converse and close deals
  • Create repeatable outreach + pitch processes
  • Build a local funnel of prospects and expand the region step-by-step

What We're Looking For

  • 0–1+ years of experience
    in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent English communication skills
    (written + verbal is a must)
  • Strong LinkedIn skills: finding leads, sending smart outreach messages, and engaging with prospects
  • High confidence, ownership mindset, and willingness to hustle
  • Interest in SaaS, mobile apps, marketing tech, or growth tools
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

What Success Looks Like

Quarter 1:
Build pipeline + close 1–2 Indonesian logos

Quarter 2:
Scale outreach + close 3–4 more logos

Year 1:
$300K–$500K ARR from Indonesia + established market presence
