We're looking for an experienced and creative Head of Brand & Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and brand growth at PT Varion Agritech Indonesia.

You'll shape our direction across retail and food & beverage (F&B) — building strong brands, driving engagement, and leading impactful campaigns that connect nature and lifestyle.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead overall brand and marketing strategy across all business units
  • Plan and execute campaigns to grow brand awareness and business performance
  • Build and mentor a creative, results-driven marketing team
  • Use data and insights to optimise strategies and campaign outcomes
  • Collaborate with product, retail, and sales teams for aligned execution
  • Oversee content creation and brand storytelling to strengthen brand identity
  • Monitor trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective, ROI-focused campaigns

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years in brand or marketing leadership, ideally in retail or F&B
  • Proven track record in building brands and driving measurable growth
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics (SEO, social media, CRM, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a passion for impactful branding
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Master's a plus)
  • Willing to work full-time, Monday to Friday | On-site in Kertanegara, South Jakarta
