What You'll Do
As the strategic partner and primary point of contact, you'll deeply understand each client's goals and challenges, and turn those into actionable full-funnel marketing strategies. You won't just manage accounts, you'll help shape marketing strategy at the highest level, working directly with business owners and C-level leaders to turn their vision into results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Growth Advisory & Strategy
- Work hand in hand with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders as their strategic growth partner, aligning business priorities with actionable marketing strategies to accelerate traction and scale.
- Design and implement full-funnel frameworks using a wide range of digital, creative, and performance marketing approaches (branding, content, SEO, paid media, CRM, automation, lifecycle marketing, and more).
- Tailor growth strategies for clients across different stages from 0→1 (market validation & early traction), 1→10 (scaling channels & systems), to 10→100 (optimizing for operational excellence and sustainable revenue).
- Review performance data, uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide clients toward high-impact decisions rooted in clarity, prioritization, and ROI.
- Understand each client's business model, challenges, and market position to advise on strategic priorities, resource allocation, and long-term growth direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution Excellence
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution with specialists, ensuring seamless channel alignment, consistent messaging, and full-funnel strategies that are translated into clear, actionable timelines, precise scopes, and consistently high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
- Cultivate a results-driven culture of accountability and alignment, ensuring all teams produce top-tier outputs that reinforce the growth strategy and deliver measurable, business-critical outcomes.
- Proactively identify operational gaps and growth opportunities, recommending actionable improvements and driving efficiency across both client-facing projects and internal workflows to accelerate impact.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years in growth marketing, account management, marketing strategist, marketing consultant, or as a fractional Head of Marketing / CMO.
- Experience working directly with senior executives or enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing across the full funnel (brand, performance, lifecycle, etc.).
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with and influence business decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Able to work Full-WFO at our office, from Monday-Friday.

- Background in handling clients.
- Knowledge of GTM strategy, branding, and sales enablement.
