About the role

Our company is a fast-growing and dynamic business with leading positions in Energy, Digital Finance, Banking, and Credit Management Services. To support the growing demand for Training and Consulting in Indonesia, we are seeking exceptionally talented individuals to join our team.

This highly visible role, reporting to the Group Head of Learning & Consultancy, involves delivering impactful learning programs and serving as a consultant for project delivery. You will work closely with clients to design tailored training programs, ensure seamless execution, and drive the adoption of services across various industries, including Energy, Finance, Banking, and Telecommunications.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage key client accounts, lead negotiations, and provide trusted advisory on training/consulting solutions.
  • Design and implement strategies for professional community growth and represent the company in networking events.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and provide market insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engagement programs and campaigns, ensuring quality execution and measurable results (KPI & ROI).

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record in building and managing mid-to-large scale professional communities.
  • Strong background in developing strategic collaborations with companies, associations, or educational institutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Leadership exposure, including guiding junior team members or small teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in training, consulting, or professional services industry; familiarity with project management methodologies; strong professional network within corporate/professional ecosystems.
