As a Community Engagement at Stockbit, you will be responsible for community engagement activities. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with our community and driving equity sales growth. Your main duties will include organizing events, managing community interactions, and promoting our equity products. As a Community Engagement, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our community members, including investors and traders
  • Organize and host events, webinars, and workshops to engage our community
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive equity sales growth
  • Provide product education and support to community members
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback and sentiment
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted community campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in S1 Management/Communication/Marketing Equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in related field, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong knowledge about stockbit features, stream, and market update (Investor/trader are preferable)
  • Proven experience in community management, equity sales, or related fields
  • Having excellent interpersonal skill with ability to work independently or in a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Experience in organizing and hosting events
  • Initiative critical thinker, process driven, and systematic
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth
  • Not involve in any particular group/affiliation
