Job Description

  • Execute employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, workshops, team events.
  • Manage employee appreciation activities, including recognition programs, birthday initiatives, and milestone celebrations.
  • Develop and run culture initiatives that strengthen company values in day-to-day work.
  • Organize cultural programs including value workshops, culture onboarding, and value-based activities.
  • Plan and coordinate all logistics for internal events..
  • Work closely with Office Management, Facility Management, and Procurement to ensure venue readiness, merchandise preparation, vendor support, catering, and event operations.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Track event attendance, gather feedback, and manage engagement survey data.
  • Conduct benchmarking and explore new ideas to continuously improve engagement and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Event Management, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience in employee engagement, events, HR support, or internal communications is a plus
  • Creative mindset with interest in culture-building activities.
  • Comfortable working onsite during events or activities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic office tools (Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office)
  • Ok with 6 month contract based
