Job Purpose :

  • Enhance employee engagement by building a positive employee experience and improving existing programs.
  • Support the implementation of cultural activation programs within ABM Group and ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place.

Job Description :

  • Coordinate the execution of surveys and prepare the required data.
  • Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and improvement initiatives based on survey findings.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of improvements and collaborate with the Corporate Communication Team to prepare internal communication messages for employees.
  • Organize and oversee initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and ensure supporting infrastructure is available.
  • Evaluate cultural implementation and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Culture Management or Employee Experience.
  • Proficient in Power BI for dashboard creation, data integration, and performance analysis to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
