Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Report to Chief Executive Officer.
  2. Design, develop, and implement People & Culture program and strategy in line with company business plan and strategy.
  3. Monitor, control, and develop all People & Culture policies, procedure and process are running well.
  4. Handle and manage end-to-end all of People & Culture function and include leading effective strategic people management and problem-solving.
  5. Manage all People & Culture transactions meet the labor law and company policy.
  6. Manage People & Culture budgeting of expenses.
  7. Lead and drive People & Culture team for achieving Department's KPI and target.
  8. Ensure People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to attract, retain and build the capabilities of staff.
  9. High-level operational, support and advice.
  10. Overseeing and managing various administrative tasks and facilities within the company.
  11. Ensure timely all People & Culture report for headquarter.
  12. Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with People & Culture matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management/Law/Psychology.
  2. Have experience in HRBP and People & Culture area.
  3. Hold Human Capital Certification would be advantageous.
  4. Keen on detailed and have good analytical and critical thinking.
  5. Able to effectively team-work and cross-teamwork.
  6. Have good leadership, adaptability, listening, assessing, conflict management as well as talent developing competencies.
  7. Have good communication skills and deal with people at all departments professionally.
  8. Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.
  9. Have can do attitude, independent, honestly, role-model and discipline.
  10. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  11. Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
