Role Description
The intern will support the daily operations of the People & Culture department, including assisting in employee engagement, recruitment administration, HR documentation, and training coordination. The role also provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
Qualifications
- Interest in
Human Resources Management
and people development - Basic understanding of
HR principles and employee relations - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Currently pursuing a degree in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
