We represent an exciting and fast-growing padel sports and lifestyle brand offering a vibrant environment for both sport enthusiasts and beginners. The client's is to build a strong community around health, fun, and connection. As we expand, were looking for an energetic HR Specialist who will help us build and support a motivated, high-performing team across our venues.
Role Summary
The HR Executive will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and thrives in a dynamic, sports-centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the end-to-end hiring process for operational and administrative roles (e.g., court staff, receptionists, trainers, café crew).
- Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
HR Administration & Payroll
- Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll, BPJS, and tax administration.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies and local labor laws.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Assist in planning internal events (team building, tournaments, staff appreciation).
- Be a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
Performance & Development Support
- Assist in tracking probation periods, performance review schedules, and KPIs.
- Coordinate basic training sessions (e.g., customer service, safety, hygiene).
- Support management in implementing HR improvement programs.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and BPJS regulations.
- Help prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, retail, or sports-related business).
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and passion for sports, wellness, or active lifestyle are a big plus
