Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Bisnis, Manajemen, Marketing, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja 2–3 tahun di bidang Business Development atau Partnership (terutama di industri pendidikan, training, atau consulting) dengan rekam jejak pencapaian target yang baik.
Berorientasi pada hasil (result-driven), berpikir strategis, dan mampu memecahkan masalah secara kreatif.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang sangat baik.
Memiliki motivasi tinggi, berkomitmen pada performa unggul, dan terus ingin berkembang.
Memiliki sikap customer-centric dan rasa ingin tahu tinggi terhadap kebutuhan klien.
Bersedia bekerja dari kantor (BSD, Tangerang area).
Tanggung Jawab
Mengembangkan strategi go-to-market dan kemitraan untuk memperkuat posisi produk JFC Plus di sektor B2B dan B2G melalui riset pasar, analisis bisnis, dan perencanaan.
Melakukan sourcing, akuisisi, dan presentasi kepada calon mitra potensial.
Menjalin serta memperkuat hubungan dengan mitra yang sudah ada melalui komunikasi dan kolaborasi rutin.
Memantau dan menganalisis kinerja kemitraan, mengidentifikasi area untuk peningkatan, dan melaksanakan tindak lanjut yang diperlukan.
Menyusun laporan, presentasi, serta materi komunikasi terkait perkembangan kemitraan kepada para pemangku kepentingan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Learning and Development dan Instruktur Pelatihan untuk pelaksanaan program training.
