Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan QC di Perusahaan.
  • Pengecekan mutu ancak.
  • Pengecekan losses panen dan losses mill.
  • Kualitas panen & mutu TBS internal.
  • Kualitas aplikasi pemupukan organik dan anorganik.
  • Sebagai penyelenggara dan pelaksana sensus produksi.
  • Melaksanakan pengawasan mutu perawatan.
  • Melakukan time motion study atas aktivitas yang dilakukan di Kebun.
  • Melakukan material balance TBS Internal dan TBS Eksternal.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Pertanian, jurusan Agronomi, Ilmu Tanah atau HPT.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 (tiga) tahun sebagai Field Quality Control di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Ms. Excel yang baik.
  • Memiliki sikap tegas dan kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam bekerja.
  • Mempunyai skill komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area kerja yaitu di wilayah Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Utara, Kalimantan Barat dan Sumatera Selatan.
