Job Description:

We Are Looking For A Creative And Detail-oriented Production Assistant To Join Our Team And Play A Vital Role In The Development And Production Of High-quality Curriculum And Learning Materials. You Will Assist With Various Tasks Throughout The Content Creation Lifecycle, From Quality Control To Inspiring And Supporting The Development Of Engaging Content.

  • Quality Assurance (QA):
    • Meticulously Review Curriculum, Content Writing, And Multimedia Elements (camera Cinematography And Editing) For Accuracy, Consistency, And Adherence To Style Guides.
    • Identify And Report Any Errors Or Inconsistencies.
  • Content Development Support:
    • Assist With Research And Content Gathering For Curriculum And Learning Materials.
    • Collaborate With Instructional Designers, Content Writers, And Multimedia Specialists To Brainstorm Creative Ideas And Ensure A Cohesive Learning Experience.
    • Source Stock Footage Or Audio If Needed (depending On Your Company's Policy).
  • Multimedia Production:
    • Assist With Camera Operation And Basic Editing Techniques (filming May Not Be Required Depending On The Role).
    • Work With Editors To Ensure The Final Multimedia Content Meets Quality Standards.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Upload:
    • Upload And Package Completed Curriculum And Learning Materials Into The Company's LMS Platform According To Established Procedures.
    • Troubleshoot Any Technical Difficulties Encountered During The Upload Process.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., education, instructional design, media production).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
  • A passion for learning and creating engaging content.
