About the Role

Join the dynamic engineering team at PT PM Control Systems, a leading provider of industrial automation solutions. As an Admin Mechanical, you will play a vital role in supporting mechanical engineering operations through accurate documentation, reporting, schedule monitoring, and coordination of mechanical-related activities.

This is a full-time position based at our modern office in North Jakarta.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Preparing, compiling, and submitting mechanical reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support project planning and progress monitoring.
  • Maintaining proper storage and archiving of mechanical documentation, including reports, drawings, maintenance records, and inspection forms (both digital & physical).
  • Checking, monitoring, and recording mechanical spare parts and consumable materials in coordination with the warehouse or logistics team.
  • Assisting Mechanical Engineers in preparing documents and administrative requirements for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and other mechanical inspections.
  • Monitoring and updating service schedules, maintenance plans, and ensuring relevant stakeholders receive timely information.
  • Providing general administrative support for mechanical-related activities, including data entry, form preparation, document formatting, and meeting minutes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably from Mechanical, Industrial, or Administrative fields.

    (Diploma/Degree is a plus but not required.)
  • Having experience in administrative support for mechanical, maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering projects is preferred.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and comfortable with basic data entry and documentation management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, especially in handling reports, archives, and confidential documents.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with engineers, warehouse/logistics teams, and project members.
  • Understanding of mechanical terms, spare parts, maintenance documentation, or FAT process is an advantage (can be learned on the job).
