Responsibilities:

  • To assist Internal Control System Manager to address identified critical risk areas in the departmental processes of the group.
  • To assist Internal Control System Manager on audit planning and programme on the critical risk areas.
  • To review SOPs of departments and present key improvement points.
  • To follow up and ensure changes in SOPs are reflected and implemented by respective department.
  • To be the gatekeeper on SAP and system portals or any changes.
  • To ensure SAP support tickets are followed up and resolve on time.
  • To assist and coordinate on any projects involving the ERP systems.
  • To ensure completion and implementation of the projects meet the deadline.
  • To complete ad-hoc task given by superior.

Requirement:

  • Possessed Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in related field
  • Knowledge in SAP and ERP system
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English
