With our commitment to quality and continuous improvement, we are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor – Assistant Manager to join our growing team

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment and company priorities

  • Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits to ensure control effectiveness and process efficiency

  • Evaluate internal control systems and identify gaps in manufacturing, inventory management, purchasing, and production operations

  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions

  • Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions from previous audit findings

  • Collaborate with management and departments to improve policies, SOPs, and internal control systems

  • Perform special or investigative audits when irregularities or inefficiencies are identified

  • Provide strategic input to management on improving governance and internal control

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant government regulations (taxation, labor, and environmental)

  • Lead and mentor audit team members to strengthen their analytical and business process understanding

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of internal control systems, risk management, and manufacturing process auditing

  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably Dynamic AX, Oracle or SAP)

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and strong professional ethics

  • Willing to conduct audit activities in production and warehouse areas when required

  • Professional certifications (CIA/QIA) are an advantage
