Posisi: Quality Control (QC) – Garment Industry

Ringkasan Pekerjaan:

Bali Garment Manufacturer mencari kandidat Quality Control (QC) yang berpengalaman dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memastikan kualitas produk pada setiap tahap produksi — mulai dari proses pemotongan, penjahitan, finishing, hingga sebelum pengiriman ke client internasional.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Memeriksa kualitas bahan dan hasil jahitan sesuai standar perusahaan.
  • Melakukan kontrol kualitas di setiap tahap produksi (inline dan final inspection).
  • Mencatat dan melaporkan temuan ketidaksesuaian produk serta melakukan tindak koreksi bersama tim produksi
  • Memastikan produk akhir sesuai dengan standar kualitas buyer/export.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dan supervisor untuk memastikan target kualitas tercapai.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi QC garment (lebih disukai di bidang swimwear, activewear, atau resortwear).
  • Memahami proses produksi garment dan standar kualitas ekspor.
  • Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan tenggat waktu produksi.
  • Berdomisili di Bali atau bersedia ditempatkan di Bali.
