Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality across operations, products, and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, managing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance policies, and performing quality audits to maintain compliance with relevant standards. The role involves closely collaborating with various teams to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to ensure products and services meet established standards.
  • Experience in Quality Management and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong skills in conducting Quality Auditing to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
