About the role

This is a full-time Senior Social Media Specialist role at PT. Azuma Developments Indonesia, based in Bali. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's online presence across various platforms. You will oversee content planning, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis to ensure our brand remains consistent, engaging, and aligned with our marketing goals.


What you'll be doing
  • Managing social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Planning and executing social media content calendars and posting schedules
  • Coordinating with the marketing team for photo/video needs and campaign materials
  • Editing photos and videos (basic to moderate level) using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar apps
  • Writing engaging captions, scripts, and social media copy in line with the brand voice
  • Monitoring social media activity, responding to messages/comments, and managing community interactions
  • Tracking performance analytics and preparing monthly reports on content effectiveness
  • Conducting trend research and identifying new opportunities to improve brand visibility
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
  • Ensuring all social media output follows brand guidelines and company objectives
  • Performing other digital marketing or administrative tasks to support the marketing department

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools
  • Ability to coordinate with creative teams and provide clear direction for visuals and content
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging captions
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms
  • Creative mindset with great attention to detail
  • VERY IMPORTANT: Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Portfolio, case studies, or examples of previous social media work are highly preferred
