Quality Surveyor

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Surveyor to join the team at The Lagoons Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes across our luxury resort development in Bali. The successful candidate will work closely with our construction and operations teams to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of materials, workmanship and finished products
2. Identifying and recommending solutions for any quality issues or non-conformances
3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation on all quality control activities
4. Collaborating with project managers, contractors and suppliers to implement quality improvement measures
5. Providing training and guidance to the wider team on quality control best practices
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Surveyor or similar quality assurance role in the construction or manufacturing industry
2. Thorough understanding of quality control principles, methodologies and industry standards
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
7. Working knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001)
