Project Coordinator/Supervisor

We are a hospitality development company seeking a Project Coordinator/Supervisor to take the lead in managing the completion of a high-end villa/hotel project currently in its final phase.

Basic Requirements :

1. Indonesian citizen only
2. Live in Bali
3. Experience min. 2 years in related position
4. English is a must (written & spoken)
5. Can start immediately

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in civil works, MEP, and architectural finishing.
• A background in architecture or civil engineering, with a deep understanding of finishing materials and detailed implementation methods.
• Strong site management and contractor coordination skills.
• Visualization skills and the ability to interpret complex 3D details, interior joints, material transitions, and connection solutions.
• The ability to deliver quality work on time and aligned with the client's expectations.
• Strong leadership in coordinating multiple contractors, maintaining quality, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• You will play a key role in overseeing all remaining construction activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between contractors, consultants, and the internal team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Architectural background is a strong plus).
• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end villa/hotel construction.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with finishing materials and detailed installation methods – the project is currently in the final stage.
• Architectural understanding is highly preferred to ensure design intent is followed during the finishing phase.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants (MEP, Architectural, Civil).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project.

• Skilled in preparing:

• Shop Drawings.

• Site Instructions & Memos.

• Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

• As-built drawings.

• Final account documentation.

• Experience in static calculations is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have the ability to handle mid-scale to large projects, act as a strong leader, and maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, including workforce and contractor performance by controlling various contractors and subcontractors. Provide clear instructions for rectification of any construction failures, design deviations, or required changes.
• Ensure construction quality aligns with BOQ, technical drawings, specifications, contract terms, and client expectations.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues to achieve project completion on time and to the required quality.
• Inspect materials and methods used on-site to ensure compliance and quality.
• Ensure architectural details are properly implemented, especially during the finishing stage.
• Analyze any design drawbacks, inconsistencies, or practical limitations on-site and proactively propose effective technical and construction solutions.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and support the Quantity Surveyor in comparing drawings vs. actual progress on-site.
• Provide assistance during VO (Variation Order) discussions and preparation of final accounts.
• Track and report progress via daily, weekly, and monthly submissions.
• Source and compare materials, vendors, and timelines for delivery.
• Participate in regular inspections, site documentation reviews, and handovers.
• Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings with all involved parties.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across teams and consultants while maintaining a high standard of documentation and reporting.
