Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Elektro sesuai bidang pekerjaan proyek.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di proyek konstruksi atau MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • Mampu membaca gambar kerja, shop drawing, dan spesifikasi teknis proyek.
  • Terampil menggunakan AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), dan Project.
  • Memahami standar teknis, metode pelaksanaan, dan prosedur K3 proyek.
  • Teliti, disiplin, komunikatif, dan siap ditempatkan di lapangan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melaksanakan pengawasan teknis di lapangan agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai gambar kerja, spesifikasi, dan target waktu proyek.
  • Menyusun dan memeriksa shop drawing serta as-built drawing, memastikan semua perubahan di lapangan terdokumentasi dengan benar.
  • Melakukan pengukuran dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan (quantity take-off) sebagai dasar laporan progress dan pembayaran.
  • Menyusun laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan proyek, termasuk progres, kendala, serta kebutuhan material dan tenaga kerja.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, dan tim MEP/struktur/arsitektur untuk sinkronisasi pekerjaan antarbidang.
  • Mengawasi kinerja subkontraktor dan teknisi lapangan, memastikan mutu pekerjaan sesuai standar kualitas dan jadwal proyek.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengujian hasil pekerjaan (quality control) sebelum diserahkan ke pihak QA/QC atau konsultan pengawas.
  • Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung administrasi teknis, seperti Berita Acara Pekerjaan, laporan inspeksi, dan dokumen uji fungsi (testing & commissioning).
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi perubahan pekerjaan (Variation Order/VO) dan berkoordinasi dengan QS untuk perhitungan tambahan biaya dan waktu.
  • Menegakkan disiplin dan penerapan prosedur K3 di area kerja, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas sesuai standar keselamatan proyek.
