Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Foreman Engineer to lead daily site operations. This role combines leadership, technical skills, and on-site coordination to make sure all work follows the project plan, meets quality standards, and is completed safely and on time. You will guide crews, manage resources, solve day-to-day issues, and act as the link between workers, engineers, and management.
Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise construction crews.
- Assign tasks and ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed.
Technical Interpretation
- Review and understand drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Explain technical details clearly to the team.
Project Coordination
- Plan daily activities and monitor progress.
- Manage material and equipment deliveries.
- Ensure all work follows the project schedule.
Quality & Safety Control
- Check workmanship and ensure quality standards are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and report any accidents, delays, or risks.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Track material usage and site costs.
- Communicate with engineers, clients, and management.
Problem Solving
- Handle on-site issues, complaints, and technical challenges promptly.
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good planning, organization, and time management.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safe work practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or site supervision.
- Familiar with site operations and coordination.
Education
- Minimum: High school diploma.
- Preferred: Technical certifications or background in engineering/architecture.
