About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at CV.Alolla Rezki Jayadipa' in Bali. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of all on-site activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the successful completion of our projects while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  2. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Collaborate with the design team to resolve any technical challenges and implement design changes as needed
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality work
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including site reports, progress logs, and quality records

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
  3. Strong technical expertise in construction management, project planning, and quality control
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and equipment
  7. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
  8. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
