Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager at PT. Dream Wave Bali, located in Labuan Sait, Pecatu, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring that construction meet specified quality standards. Duties include developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, supervising and coordinating with other departments to resolve quality-related issues. Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will be responsible for maintaining documentation and reports related to quality control activities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and/ or maintain construction quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing construction quality control processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of inspection and testing methods, documentation, and report preparation
  • Ability to supervise and manage quality control staff
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is beneficial
  • Available to join immediately
