Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and control daily hotel finance operations
  • Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate external and internal audits
  • Support strategic planning and cost-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications :

  • At least 15 years working experience in related field and experienced in Hotel Industry , preferably from 4 or 5 Star Hotel
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree's in Finance or Accounting Major from reputable university.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards within the Hotel Industry.
  • Experience in cost control, audit coordination, and financial strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial planning, reporting, and control functions in Hotel Industry.
  • Able to improve efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to become a bridge between hotel owners and hotel operators in the context of finance.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Willing to work at Bali Selatan.
