About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Controller to join our growing team at PT NOURISH GROUP INDONESIA'. As the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our diverse portfolio of businesses in Bali. This is a full-time position and requires on-site work in Bali.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting for the group, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for the management team and board of directors
- Oversee the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to support the group's decision-making and growth initiatives
- Manage the group's cash flow, treasury functions and banking relationships
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place and monitor adherence to company policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop the group's finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience as a financial controller or senior finance manager, preferably within a multi-entity or group-level environment
- Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end financial operations and reporting for a complex organisation
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
- Proficient in the use of financial management software and tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
- A collaborative and hands-on management style with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team
