Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller (FC), located in Kuta Utara, Bali. The Financial Controller will oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, conducting detailed financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The FC will work closely with management to support strategic financial decision-making and maintain effective financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in financial management and compliance with financial regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
  • Previous experience in property management or hospitality industries is an advantage
