Venue Manager

at our venue Shun Omakase.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a restaurant management role is usually required, with a proven track record of success in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Strong leadership qualities are essential for effectively supervising and motivating a team, as well as for providing guidance and support in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting with staff, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, as well as for handling various forms of communication effectively.
  4. A customer-centric approach is key for main- taining high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and creating a positive dining experience.
  5. Understanding financial aspects of restaurant management, such as budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis, is important for making sound business decisions and driving financial performance.
  6. Being able to think on your feet, address issues proactively, and find creative solutions to challenges that arise in a restaurant setting is vital for success in this role.
