As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role is perfect for someone with a strong accounting background in hospitality or Villa Management and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations across multiple villa units and corporate entities.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and long-term financial projections.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial SOPs, and risk management processes to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh, PBJT, and other relevant taxes).
  • Coordinate external audits, tax reviews, and liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide executive-level insights to the Co-Founder and General Manager to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee consolidation of financial data from Operations, Villa Management, Procurement, and other departments.
  • Lead annual financial planning, CAPEX evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the accounting/finance team to strengthen departmental capabilities.
  • Manage banking relationships, financial institutions, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • Oversee system improvements, including digitalization of financial processes and reporting tools.
  • Handle confidential and high-level ad-hoc financial tasks requested by top management.

General Qualifications

  • Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Finance/Accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Hospitality, property, or villa management experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
- Analytical Thinker:

Strong strategic and operational financial insight with excellent problem-solving capability.
- Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in accounting systems (Xero, Accurate, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Communication:

Fluent in English and Indonesian with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Integrity:

High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail:

Strong organizational skills and accuracy in financial reporting.
