Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing. The successful candidate will ensure the school's financial health, compliance, and strategic planning are aligned with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management.

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

* Ensure compliance with local tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.

* Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and analysis.

* Manage and mentor finance team members across campuses.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

* Develop and implement financial policies and internal control systems.

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably in education or service sectors.

* Strong understanding of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

* High level of integrity and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in accounting software (Xero preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

* Fluent in English.
