We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Carpenter Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our carpentry manufacturing operations. This is a senior-level position for someone who can take full responsibility for production, planning, quality control, and team management.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in carpentry and furniture manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to solving daily challenges in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the carpentry production facility
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise production workflows and resources
  • Control material usage, manage suppliers, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Maintain production standards and implement quality control systems
  • Lead, train, and motivate carpentry teams to achieve production targets
  • Identify and solve production issues proactively
  • Ensure workplace safety and maintain a clean, organized environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry or furniture production management
  • Deep understanding of wood materials, joinery, finishes, and manufacturing techniques
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of projects
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on in managing workshop operations
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
