Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting a local manufacturing company for oil & gas industry to find an Site Manager to be placed in North Kalimantan:

Qualifications

  • Lead and manage site operations for Artificial Lift projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Artificial Lift systems.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor progress, manpower allocation, material availability, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements at all times.
  • Prepare and submit operational and project performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams to support site needs.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation for all site personnel.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and site coordination discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Artificial Lift field.

  • Minimum 3 years in managerial or equivalent supervisory roles.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
  • Proven leadership in managing field operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Willing to be assigned to Tarakan, Bunyu, or Sembakung areas (North Kalimantan).
  • Possesses a valid driving license (preferred).
  • Willing to work with high mobility and travel across company project areas.
  • Strong commitment to HSE compliance and operational excellence.
