Job Summary This position is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate support to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- - Assessing customer inquiries and routing them to the appropriate departments when necessary- Taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up- Expediting urgent orders to meet critical customer needs and minimize downtime- Proactively communicating with customers about order status, delays, or changes- Collaborating with internal teams, such as logistics, sales, and technical support, to meet customer expectations.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency- Act as inventory controller to assist and maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock movements and coordinating with Inventory and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize discrepancies_ COLLABORATION WITH OTHER BUSINESS LINE- As the matrix organization you will be collaborating with many people within Sandvik in both global and SEA regions, including Business Line Managers and factories in Tampere and Alachua.- Direct report to Site Coordinator / Site Manager and indirect report to CSSR Supervisor and CSSR, Inventory & Pricing Manager in Balikpapan.- Coordinating closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely dispatch.- Collaboration with technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and smooth coordination of service activities HEALTH & SAFETY- Champion a proactive and visible commitment to Sandvik’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Vision and culture, embedding "Zero Harm" as a strategic business priority.- Ensure EHS leadership is integrated into strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational objectives.- Provide adequate resources, policies, and systems to support EHS performance and continual improvement.- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all levels to drive sustainable EHS performance.- Regularly review EHS performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives based on trends, audits, and incidents.- Ensure effective communication of EHS priorities and expectations to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.- Demonstrate exemplary EHS behavior and ensure the organization complies with Sandvik global EHS Policy, ISO 14001/45001, and SMKP requirements.- Empower all employees to stop and report any work that appears unsafe or could cause harm, without fear of retaliation. PREFERRED ENVIRONMENT & MOBILITY- Field - Any environment (Location Customer Sites / Warehouse).- Willing to travel globally within Sandvik area and/or from site to site within country of Indonesia. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- High school or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with having post-secondary education/training in business or supply chain discipline would be an advantage.- More than 1 year of experience in a supply chain environment, specifically in CSSR, distribution, or other relevant roles- Proficient skill in English with written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in using Microsoft office.- Strong attention to detail with organizes and time management skills.- Can-Do attitude.- Ability to travel regionally or stationed on site.- Prior exposure to ERP, WMS, TMS and EHS management systems (experience with Aurora and DI is an advantage) Our Culture We conduct business in a sustainable and responsible manner.
