Role Summary:

Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.

Responsibilities:

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance/ Accounting, Operations, Commercial and Continuous Improvement.

• Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.

• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices.

• Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.

• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration and other related field.


• Master Degree is an advantage.

• 1-2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Willing to relocate to the job location.


• Willing to travel within operational sites.


• Good command in English (both written & verbal).
