Job Description岗位职责:

  1. Assist the leaders of the group and business units in taking full responsibility for personnel management in the Site according to the needs of the company's development strategy, including human resource planning, job placement, employee recruitment, onboarding, job transfer, resignation, promotion, employee relationship handling, salary incentive, and other personnel management systems, systems, and process construction;

根据公司的战略及发展,全面负责南加里曼丹矿区的人力资源管理工作,包括但不限于协助上级制定人力资源规划、招聘、培训、员工关系及薪酬等规章制度;

  1. Responsible for daily personnel management work, ensuring comprehensive coordination among departments, establishing, improving, and effectively implementing various personnel rules and regulations, implementation rules, and related work processes;

管理人力资源团队的日常工作,代表人力资源部与其他部门进行跨部门沟通,建立并完善各类人力资源规章制度;

  1. Responsible for handling employee labor and personnel related complaints, maintaining employee relationships, and assisting in labor dispute arbitration and resolution;

负责处理集团各类员工关系工作,包括员工投诉、员工关怀及处理各类劳资纠纷;

4.Responsible for establishing and improving employee compensation incentive mechanisms, reviewing, evaluating, and revising incentive plans and salary management related systems for each department, as well as salary management work such as salary evaluation and accounting;

负责建立和完善员工薪酬绩效管理,协助上级制定薪酬制度及优化方案,落实薪酬福利发放工作;

5.Responsible for the management of personnel in the department, including personnel recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and development;

负责团队各模块管理工作,包括招聘、薪酬绩效和培训;

6.Other temporary matters arranged by superiors.

其他临时性的项目及事务工作。

Qualification任职资格:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, labor and social security, business management, etc. is preferred;

本科或以上学历,专业为人力资源管理、劳动与社会关系及其他商科类专业;

  1. At least 5 years of experience in personnel management in large enterprises, fluent in Chinese(Madarin) and English, proficient in various office software;

至少具备大型企业5年及以上人力资源管理经验,能在工作中流利使用中文及英文,熟练使用办公室软件;

  1. Logical rigor, clear organization, good analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and professional ethics;

逻辑清晰,具备较强组织能力,分析及解决问题的能力,重视团队合作;
