  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop strategies to drive business growth and market penetration
  • Identify and pursure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, presentations, and proposal development
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and market alignment
  • Gather client feedback and monitor industry trends to support product development and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM system, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related-fields
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnership
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and business performance evaluation
  • End-to-end sales, including prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, and negotiation
  • Exellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, target-driven, adaptable, and able toi work both independently and collaboratively acrooss teams
