About HR Officer:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Assist in candidate handling, such as initial communication, interview reminders, and follow-up updates
  • Maintain and update the candidate and employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage HR administrative documentation, including employment contracts, attendance records, and employee data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR administrative processes
  • Assist in onboarding processes for new employees
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and proactive in improving processes
  • Able to speak English and tech-savvy
  • Ready to be placed in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
