Kami mencari HR Officer yang teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan siap membantu tim kami dalam pengelolaan administrasi SDM.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai HR Officer, Anda akan membantu mengelola administrasi HR untuk seluruh unit Dharma Group.

Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan kontrak, BPJS, absensi, dan proses rekrutmen sederhana — serta mendukung tim operasional dan keuangan agar data karyawan selalu akurat dan lengkap.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengatur dan memperbarui kontrak kerja (PKWT, PKWTT, harian).
  • Mengelola BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan (pendaftaran, perubahan, laporan).
  • Membantu proses rekrutmen (posting lowongan, menyaring kandidat, penjadwalan wawancara).
  • Menyiapkan dokumen onboarding dan administrasi karyawan baru.
  • Memantau absensi karyawan melalui sistem Talenta HRIS.
  • Menyusun laporan HR bulanan (kontrak, kehadiran, BPJS, data karyawan).
  • Menangani dokumen surat menyurat HR (peringatan, surat keterangan kerja, dll).
  • Mendukung kegiatan internal sederhana (ulang tahun, briefing tim, dll).

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (Administrasi, Manajemen, Psikologi, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait).
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang HR / HR Admin / Payroll (lebih disukai di F&B / hospitality).
  • Memahami dasar regulasi ketenagakerjaan dan proses BPJS.
  • Terampil menggunakan Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Pengalaman dengan Talenta HRIS menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Teliti, rapi, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data.
  • Berdomisili di Ubud / Gianyar atau bersedia pindah.
