Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Learning & Development or Human Resources role (Fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for people development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue, attendance, trainers, materials, and evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Support new employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration.
  • Support L&D team in implementing digital learning platforms or LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Research and recommend new learning methods, tools, and technologies.
