CHIEF OF STAFF

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team, a leading luxury wellness and hospitality company based in Badung, Bali. As the Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership, playing a crucial role in driving the company's operations and overall success. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a thriving organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and support to ensure efficient and effective decision-making
2. Overseeing the daily operations of the organisation, coordinating and aligning various departments to achieve the company's goals
3. Managing complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
4. Acting as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
5. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimisation strategies to enhance overall organisational performance
6. Providing leadership and mentorship to the wider team, contributing to the development of a positive and productive work culture

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, preferably in the wellness, health hospitality industry
2. Proven track record of driving operational excellence, managing complex projects, and collaborating effectively with executive-level stakeholders
3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
5. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
6. Adaptable and resilient, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
7. Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Administration or Similar
