About the Role

This role will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters in the office - from recruitment and employee relations to payroll support and HR administration. You'll take care of the day-to-day HR operations while working closely with management, who will guide and oversee overall strategy.

  • Previous HR experience (min. 2 years), plus familiarity with Indonesian labour law.

What You'll Do

  • Handle employee data, contracts, and HR administration.
  • Manage recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
