About the Role

As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department. You will support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor regulations. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions — from recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to training, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Job Description
  • Supervise and coordinate daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
  • Manage employee data, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Handle employee relations matters — counseling, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Monitor employee performance evaluation processes and assist in KPI or appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with BPJS, government reporting, and labor law requirements.
  • Plan and execute training, development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and HR support across departments.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in strategic HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and government regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, PHK, etc.).
  • Experienced in end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
